Ñandutí — Guaraní for "spider web" — is a radial needle-lace stitched over tacked cardboard in the patios of Itauguá, Paraguay. Each wheel of cotton thread fans outward in 8, 16, or 32 spokes, sun-bleached to a warm ivory, then lifted free as a floating star.
This design system channels the midday patio: terracotta clay ground, cotton-white lace surfaces, indigo and coral thread accents. Typography pairs Cormorant's elegant serifs with Lora's warm readability, echoing the patience and precision of three days' stitching per wheel.
