The kizil ("red") kiymeshek is a Karakalpak young married woman's embroidered cap-cloak from the pre-1900 Aral Sea region. Built on a dark indigo-black wool base, it is densely cross-stitched in predominant crimson, contrasted with yellow, green, and white, and crowned with warm silver-and-coral tribal jewelry. The ground is dark wool — never cream.
This design system carries that textile into the screen: a deep indigo-black field, crimson keste as the dominant accent, golden-yellow and pistachio-green stitch contrasts, and silver jewelry highlights set against the wool. Density and warmth over flatness; woven texture over gloss.
