A monumental design system descended from the Freedom Monument — twenty-five Sumerian-relief figures, fourteen bronze panels, raised on a travertine slab. Inscriptional Cinzel caps and incised Kufi line carry the cadence of istilham al-turath: the modern drawn from heritage, never severed from it.
