At the late January stall, the mouse wedding is never only a joke. The groom offers a fish to the waiting cat, the musicians keep marching, and every buyer recognizes the bargain: a household survives by laughing at the rules it cannot escape.

The paper glimmers softly, but the carved line does the talking.

A blessing with a wink

Đông Hồ prints work because they are friendly without becoming tame. A pig family promises plenty, a scholar returns with honor, and the rough walnut key line keeps each figure stubbornly alive, as if the block itself remembers the hand that cut it.
