A Surface Must Bloom

Four disciplines for a tile panel that never wilts.

Begin with cobalt order

Every panel starts on a blue spine: a measured grid for later vines to overrun.

Let red rise from the glaze

Bole accents appear only where the eye should pause, raised like fired sealing wax.

Bind every stem to purpose

Tulip, carnation, hyacinth, and saz leaf all turn toward the same central medallion.

Leave no field ungardened

Borders, corners, and margins carry small blooms so the surface stays alive to the edge.
