One silhouette, eleven plate variants.
Every operator reads the same from fifty metres — yet pauldron, kama and belt SKUs swap in under ninety seconds, no tools, no re-fit.

Gloss white, never warm white.
The factory finish is calibrated to armour cool grey 1 C, never cream — institutional, not friendly. We reject any batch drifting more than two ΔE toward yellow.

Hard edges read as authority.
Bevels are cut, not rolled. No filleted plastic, no softening radius above one millimetre — the armour must look stamped from sheet, not extruded from a tube.

Red appears once, and means something.
Imperial warning red is reserved for shoulder pauldrons, range markers and fault states — never decoration. Scarcity is what keeps it loud.
