Every facade is repainted to its documented powder-pink and rose, sampled from surviving original render under the cornice.
White is reserved for trim alone — columns, scrollwork and arched window frames read sharp against the pastel color-blocked bands.
Hand-glazed mint, sky and lemon panels are conserved tile by tile; reproductions only fill gaps where originals are lost.
Half-height swing doors are re-jointed in original timber so the street still breathes through carved fretwork at noon.
