Tile the world, never wash it.
Every block holds five to seven saturated voices at once — vermilion against indigo, gold against leaf-green. Pastel is a surrender; the patch must SING.
Mirror the axis, then march.
Compositions fold along a vertical seam — what stands on the left, stands on the right. Bilateral symmetry is the grammar, not a flourish.
Bind every edge with contrast.
A 2px piping of vermilion, indigo, or cotton-white separates each block so the colors can press against each other without bleeding into mud.
Let the mirror-work catch the sun.
A handful of sheesha discs — small reflective coins stitched into the field — answer back to the desert light, giving the grid a heartbeat of glint.
