At Sunlit Pantry, we think the best snack is less a reward than a reset. Last October, our test kitchen moved the bowl from the cupboard to the desk, and afternoons got noticeably kinder.

Make the pause easy to find

That tiny decision shaped our new reading ritual. We keep the flavor card visible, write down the moment it belongs to, and leave ten quiet minutes between the last meeting and the next useful thought. The point is not indulgence; it is a softer handoff.
