Chapter II · The Botanical Process
03 / 12
From Berry to Spirit
Wild-foraged at the right hour
Our juniper berries are hand-picked at dawn on the western slopes, when essential oils reach their peak concentration.
Copper-pot patience over speed
Each batch rests in our 200-litre copper still for exactly forty-eight hours. We have never once shortened a distillation.
Botanical balance, not botanical excess
Eleven botanicals, each measured to the tenth of a gram, for a spirit that breathes juniper without drowning in it.
The label tells the whole story
Every bottle is numbered, dated, and traced to the exact hillside where its juniper grew. Nothing is left vague.
