Black Lamp proceedings

What the Room Keeps

The lamp decides first

Every notice begins in one pool of ochre light, leaving the black ground untouched.

The animal faces us

Figures stand square to the table, as if painted for guests already seated.

The signboard speaks plainly

The meal is the measure

Nothing is polished beyond welcome: cream text, red cloth, and a quiet reckoning.
