Chapter II After PostScript 05 / 12

Every Letter Must
Be Earned

no. 17 — exhibit B

The hand resists repetition

Each letter is drawn once — no copy-paste, no font fallback. The flyer is a live performance, not a template running on autopilot.

Asymmetry keeps the eye awake

When nothing lines up, the viewer has to actually look. Comfort is the enemy of attention — misalignment is the cure.

Density is generosity

Margins hold dates, signatures, page numbers. Every square inch carries meaning. Nothing is wasted on empty white space.

The mistake is the mark

Ink bleeds through paper. Pencil smudges under marker. Registration shifts between passes. These prove a person was here — not a machine.
